Aasma Farooq is Creative RNP's President. Having this role, she must maintain the company's core values, image, and manage every aspect of the direction of the firm. She is a highly motivated, autonomous professional when it comes to taking initiative and produce high quality standards. She has over 10 years of commercial experience of the successful integration and customization of projects that concentrate in the financial services sector for Fortune 100 companies, as well as having 6 years of federal experience. She has led worldwide multimillion dollar projects in design requirements for client integration projects.
Miss. Farooq has vast experience in leading large programs that implemented development management to improve products. She has worked closely with development teams to integrate solutions that have met client's requests. She has held the following other positions: senior business strategist, Program Manager, and VP of Operations throughout her professional career. Most recently, Miss. Farooq has provided support within the following federal government agencies: Department of Education, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Department of State. She directs effort in the proposals process, developing team partnerships, and identifying the forecast of upcoming opportunities.
She holds a Masters of Science in Information System and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; she displays excellence in interpersonal and leadership skills. Miss. Farooq takes charge and strategically completes the goals and ambitions of the Creative RNP organization. She has always been a team player that knows how to pilot a given task through the path of achievement. When she aims to accomplish customer satisfaction she excels to the highest level of enactment. Miss. Farooq is the younger sister of Khalid, both being extraordinary individuals who are very driven and energetic to find solutions to even the most complex of problems.
Khalid Farooq is Creative RNP's CEO and founder. In this role, he shapes and enforces the company's core values. He is constantly searching for new business opportunities and qualified people needed to promote organizational growth and direction. He oversees the daily operations of the firm and is constantly seeking new ways to deliver services to clients. He realizes the delivery of these services would not be possible without developing winning partnerships between people and technology. He truly believes that technology is a tool that helps get the job done but only the people behind these technologies can truly understand the unique needs and circumstances of every client.
Mr. Farooq has implemented technological solutions, designed to serve organizations and meet the needs of clients for over 18 years. He has extensive experience in systems analysis, software lifecycle design, requirements analysis, business process engineering/transformation, and structured development methodologies. He has developed and implemented records management and document management systems for various U.S. Government agencies. He has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Department of Education.
Mr. Farooq is also committed to the "N" in Creative RNP, which refers to human and technological networks. These networks are the building blocks that he and his team use to complete contract tasks and required deliverables. He incorporates workflows through the use of teamwork, which only benefits the level of efficiency produced by Team Creative. He adeptly manages teams to define, develop, and implement systems and believes the value of these systems can only be measured by the degree to which they solve customer-identified organizational problems or challenges.
